At Dog Car Seat (a brand of Prime Spectra LTD), we are dedicated to delivering your orders promptly and safely. We currently ship within the United Kingdom, and we work with our delivery partner Evri to get your dog car seats and accessories to you quickly and securely.
Delivery options
Evri ParcelShop collection: FREE
Free delivery to any Evri ParcelShop is available on all UK orders, with no minimum spend. Choose your preferred ParcelShop at checkout and we'll let you know when your order is ready to collect.
Home delivery: FREE on orders over £60
Home delivery is free on all UK orders over £60. For orders under £60, a delivery charge of £4.99 applies. The delivery charge is always shown at checkout before you pay.
Some larger items, such as big dog crates, may only be available for home delivery because of ParcelShop size limits. If this applies to your order, only the home delivery option will appear at checkout.
Delivery times
Dispatch: Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours (Monday to Friday).
Delivery: Estimated 3–5 working days after dispatch.
Peak seasons: Delays may occur during busy periods because of high order volumes or carrier delays. If your order is delayed, we'll let you know by email.
Shipping locations: We currently only ship within the United Kingdom.
Accuracy of address: Please make sure your delivery address is correct at checkout. If a parcel is returned or needs redelivery because of an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for any additional delivery costs.
Returns
If you return an item because you changed your mind, the return delivery cost is your responsibility. If the item is faulty or damaged, we will cover the return delivery. For full details, see our Refund and Returns Policy.
Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link by email, so you can follow your parcel from dispatch to delivery.
