  2. RMA Number: We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  3. Packaging: Pack the product securely in its original packaging.

  5. Shipping: Use a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

🧾 Refunds

  • Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

  • Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Billing Cycle: Refunds may take 1–2 billing cycles to appear on your statement.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

  • Requests made after 30 days of delivery.

  • Used products.

  • Products returned without original packaging or accessories.

  • Products with defaced serial numbers.

  • Products intentionally damaged.

  • Free or complimentary items.

🚫 Frequent Returns

We reserve the right to review repeated return requests and may make products ineligible for return or exchange if abuse is suspected.

🔄 Cancellations

Customer Cancellations:

  • Order Not Shipped: Full refund.

  • Order Shipped: Return must follow our return policy.

Our Cancellations:

  • We may cancel orders due to stock errors, payment issues, or incorrect pricing.

  • If already charged, a refund will be issued.
