Exchanges

Received the wrong item or something isn’t quite right? Our exchange process is simple:

  • We happily exchange items if the product is damaged, incorrect, or if you received the wrong item.

  • Change of mind exchanges are accepted within 30 days, as long as the item is unused and in original condition.

  • Free or complimentary items cannot be exchanged.

Important:
 Please do not return any item without prior approval. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.


How to Request an Exchange

Email us at info@dogcarseatco.co.uk with:

  • Your RMA number

  • Details of the issue

  • Whether you prefer an exchange or refund

Once approved, we’ll send you return instructions. After we receive your item, your replacement will be processed.

Processing time: up to 7 working days after the item arrives at our facility.


Returns & Refunds

If you'd like a refund instead of an exchange:

  1. Email info@dogcarseatco.co.uk with:

    • Your RMA number

    • The reason for the return

    • Photos/videos if the item is damaged or incorrect

  2. Refund requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection based on the item’s condition.

Refunds are processed within 7 business days, but may take 1–2 billing cycles to appear on your statement.


Important Return Guidelines

  • Items must be unused, clean, and in their original packaging.

  • Returns without approval will not be accepted.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • Please pack the product securely to ensure it arrives in good condition.

Before accepting delivery:
 If the packaging is damaged or tampered with, please refuse the delivery and take photos. This protects your claim and helps us assist you faster.


Repeated Return Requests

To prevent misuse:

  • We may restrict returns for customers with a history of frequent or unreasonable return requests.

  • If a returned item does not pass inspection, it will be sent back to you at your expense.


Order Cancellations

Customer Cancellation:

  • If your order has not shipped, you can cancel for a full refund.

  • If it has shipped, please follow the return process after delivery.

Cancellation by Us:
 We may cancel orders due to stock issues, payment errors, or pricing issues. A full refund will be issued if payment was made.
