Peak Seasons: Delays may occur due to high order volume, carrier delays, or supply chain challenges. If fulfilment delays occur, we’ll notify you via email.
Shipping Locations: We currently **only ship within the United Kingdom.**
Accuracy of Address: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If the parcel is returned or requires redelivery due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for additional shipping costs.

Evri ParcelShop collection: FREE
Free delivery to any Evri ParcelShop is available on all UK orders, with no minimum spend. Choose your preferred ParcelShop at checkout and we'll let you know when your order is ready to collect.
Home delivery: FREE on orders over £60
Home delivery is free on all UK orders over £60. For orders under £60, a delivery charge of £4.99 applies. The delivery charge is always shown at checkout before you pay.
If you return an item due to change of mind, the return shipping cost will be your responsibility.

Shipping Partners and Tracking
